Most of our pieces are machine washable but please always check the label on the actual piece. Use a mild detergent and wash with like colours.

Shipping & Returns

Yes, we ship worldwide with DHL Express, your order will be processed within 1 -2 days of the order being placed. You will receive a tracking number. Please note we can not ship to a PO Box.

Our warehouse is in Singapore and therefore all shipping will be from Singapore.

Each country has their own tax and duties.

If you are ordering within Singapore your 9% tax will be added at checkout.

Our free shipping does not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs in your country outside of Singapore. Taxes and duties are beyond our control and every country is different. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.

We will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Yes we offer full refunds on items which are in their original condition and with tags attached. Please note that there is no refund on duty and taxes. We ensure all items are double checked and in perfect condition before they are sent but if for some reason you have received an item that is damaged or has a defect please get in touch with us at hello@tigersinparislabel.com and we will gladly help.

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
