Most of our pieces are machine washable but please always check the label on the actual piece. Use a mild detergent and wash with like colours.

Shipping & Returns
Yes, we ship worldwide with DHL Express, your order will be processed within 1 -2 days of the order being placed. You will receive a tracking number. Please note we can not ship to a PO Box.
Our warehouse is in Singapore and therefore all shipping will be from Singapore.
Each country has its own tax and duty regulations. If you are ordering within Singapore, 9% GST will be added at checkout.
For all international orders outside of Singapore, shipping is free, but taxes and duties may still apply depending on your country. For UK customers, all duties and VAT are now incl from the total refund amount to cover the duties and taxes we have already paid on your behalf, as these charges are non-recoverable.
For other destinations, taxes and duties are not included and may be charged by your local customs office. These fees are beyond our control, and we recommend contacting your local customs authority for more detailed information.
Please note: If you choose to refuse delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to deduct all costs associated with shipping, duties, and return freight from your refund. fees and customs duties.
If you wish to return an item for a refund, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a registered or trackable shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or undelivered in transit. Return shipping costs will only be covered by Tigers in Paris in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied items.

Yes, we offer full refunds on items that are returned in their original condition with tags attached and are not a sale or a promotional item.
For UK customers: Duties and VAT are now included in the product price (effective from 21 April 2025). If you choose to return your item for a refund, a flat 20% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the duties and taxes paid on your behalf, as these charges are non-refundable.
We take great care to ensure every item is thoroughly checked and in perfect condition before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please email us at hello.tigersinparis@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist.
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
