SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via DHL and we ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Singapore and processed within 48 hours of payment.
We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of item or destination.

Our business operates Monday to Friday; emails will not be monitored over the weekend and public holidays.
For UK orders, all import duties and VAT are included in the product price (effective from 21 April 2025) to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery. These costs are paid on your behalf at the time of shipping and will not appear as a separate charge at checkout.
REFUNDS
We offer a full refund for items purchased at full price and returned in their original condition. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned item, please allow 2–4 business days for your refund to be processed.
A refund will be processed provided the following conditions are met:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping method and associated costs.
Tigers in Paris will absorb return shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
Please note:
For UK returns, as VAT and import duties are included in the product price and paid on your behalf, a 20% deduction will be applied to your refund to cover these non-refundable charges. We appreciate your understanding, as these costs are not reimbursed to us by UK customs.

Note for UK customers:
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, online purchases — including sale items — may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a registered or trackable shipping service when returning your item, as we cannot take responsibility for returns that are lost or undelivered in transit. Duties, taxes and any customs and import fees are also non refundable.
