All items are shipped via DHL Express. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and 3–5 business days for delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

9% GST applies to purchases made within Singapore.

For all international orders outside of Singapore, shipping is free, but duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.

• For UK customers, duties and VAT are now included in the product price (effective from 21 April 2025).
• For all other destinations, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, even in the event of a return.

We offer a full refund for items in original condition and purchased at full price. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For UK returns, a flat 20% will be deducted from the refund total to cover the duties and taxes paid on your behalf, as these charges are non-recoverable.
